We had a lovely Independence Day! Joel made some great food, we had friends over and even my dad showed up (Howard is not pictured due to his shy nature and short visit... he came he ate he left). Gray is gone this week camping so we missed her terribly and lit up some sparklers in her honor :)

Gazebo

Gazebo finished and ready to be enjoyed

Joel hard at work paving and perfecting

Helping hands
My mother has wanted a gazebo for what seems like forever. This spring she talked Joel in to taking on the project of building her dream. With the good luck and hard work of many people involved her dreams have come true and she truly has a beautiful spot that we can all enjoy in her back yard.
